Frequently asked questions.

What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Memphis or St. Louis with a two hour drive from either airport. Returning clients prefer to fly into Memphis so they can drive through Arkansas for more scenic views of hunting fields.

What type of firearm/ammo should I use?

We recommend a 10 or a 12 gauge. However a 20 gauge will do the trick on our hunts also. During conservation season, tube extensions are legal. 3 inch or 3.5 inch shells with steel BBs and BBBs always get the work done. Bring Plenty! We highly recommend to bring your own ammunition from home! If you are lucky, the local Wal-Mart will be in stock.

Where can I purchase a license?

You can purchase a license at the local Wal-Mart in Sikeston.

What food should I bring?

The blind is equipped with four burner plates to cook anything throughout the day. You are welcome to bring anything you want to cook. We do not provide any cookware, percolators, or utensils. Please keep in mind, our hunts are pack in and pack out so you must take your trash.

Do we clean our own birds?

Yes, hunters must clean their own birds and provide their own coolers for storage.
