As a life long outdoorsman, businessman and father of four, Jeff has blended his passions for customer service and hunting with creating memories with friends and family. Jeff created Elite Waterfowl Outfitters as a way to share the same love he has for the sport with as many other people as he can. He is passionate about educating hunters while ensuring they are provided an exceptional and safe outdoors experience.
Cody Payne
Head Guide
Cody is from Dexter, Missouri and is a seasoned lifetime local hunter. Cody is a member of Delta Waterfowl and is committed to giving back to the outdoors. When he’s not working, Cody enjoys hunting or prepping fields and blinds. Cody is fully dedicated to providing the most enjoyable hunts money can buy. Cody’s dog, Sadie, is a female yellow lab, commands well in the field, and is fast as lighting. Just watch Sadie’s eyes and she’ll show you where the birds are flying in from. Sadie can be tipped in blind snacks.
